There’s nothing quite like a BLT…add a little pimento cheese and you’ve got yourself a BLTC - also called around our parts “a party in your mouth!” It’s as easy as this:

1. Find yourself the best bread you can handle. Thick and fresh is our favorite.

2. Toast to perfection

3. Slice some of the most beautiful tomatoes you can find.

4. Break off some of your favorite lettuce - we like Boston Bibb.

5. Fry up some bacon in a pan JUST the way you like it.

6. Build your sandwich… toast, cheese, lettuce, tomato, bacon, lettuce, more cheese, and toast.

7. INDULGE!
