How do we know this?

Because Charcuterie has been here forever. A board with a little meats and cheeses on it – maybe a bread or some crackers on it – has been something my cribbage playing parents used to do back in the day.

So our southern souls have a true, hand-to-God-belief that the perfect addition to your next charcuterie board (or replacement for that port wine cheese ball…if you know, you know) is a bowl of some deeeeeelicious Big Daddy’ Pimento cheese to spread on your crackers or pair with some pepperoni. It’s always a hit.

Cocktails party or a beach picnic, this cheese is always a big yes!
